We came to the front door and no one was in the office. I called and no one answered so I called the istorage number and a lady answered she said is a note on the door? I said no... well they go to lunch at 1:30 so I said ma'am it's 1:10 then she said oh well I guess just wait for someone to come. I felt very disrespected so I said goodbye and hung up. Then the manager came to open the door for us. I think he was new because it took a long time for him to get us in a unit even though I pre ordered the room the night before. In my personal opinion when I had a unit their years ago it was a nicer facility and the service was much faster. My mother still has her unit their and she says the price of her unit constantly goes up so I asked the office man can he lock us into a price and he said yes if you pay the whole year right now! WOW that was not customer service in my book. So it will not be a long time stay for me and I'm trying to get my mom to find another facility also.
